 items to us

 

We can only provide a 3 star authentication if you send us the actual item to examine.

 

You must use a trackable and insured delivery method to get your item to us. Our favoured method is the Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service. The price is reasonable and you can purchase additional insurance if your item is very valuable.

 

We will return your item via this method.

 

We will always treat your item with the utmost care. We will examine it in a clean environment and wear gloves whist handling it but we will not be held responsible in the highly unlikely event that your item is damaged.

 

Package your item carefully and sensibly. Remember to guard against moisture damage and knocks during transit.

 

What we do and how we do it

In basic term our service is very simple. We check your signed item to see if it is genuine or not. We can also provide you with a valuation so you know how much your item is worth.

We provide you with a sticker for each item you submit to us which you can use as proof that your item is genuine. This can add value to your item and give you and your potential buyers confidence in your item.

We also provide a bulk valuation service at a lower cost per item if you have several item you need us to look at.

Click on the contact us link at the top of this page to get the ball rolling. Give us as much detail as you can including any photos you have of the item. If we can help we will provide you with a quote and tell you how to pay.

How do you authenticate and value my item?

In the first instance your email and photo(s) will be looked over by one of our website team. Then we will call upon at least 2 of our independent experts who we will pay a percentage of your payment to give their opinion.

We have several way of determining if an autograph is real or not so you can be assured of an accurate appraisal.

You must provide us with high quality photos and as much evidence as possible regarding the history of your item for us to arrive at an accurate conclusion.

To ensure accuracy and obtain our highest 3 star rating we need to physically examine the item.

If we find your item to be fake our fee is not refundable.
