We will hold a photo of the signed item along with the seller’s home address. We can (to a reasonable degree) determine that the address is genuine as the owner of the item must reply to an unmarked letter we will send to their given address. This greatly lessens the chances that a seller would knowingly sell a signed item that is a fake and it makes it difficult for them to pretend they live somewhere they do not. 

If you ever decide to part with your item simply tell your potential customers that they can contact us for confirmation. We will reply by email with a photo of your item and any further details regarding the item.

We will also issue a new certificate every time the item is re-sold that will include the details of all past owners of the item.

This results in a massive confidence boost for potential buyers and an extra selling point as they will get a new certificate from us on completion of the sale.

Even you don’t want to sell the item our quality A5 sized certificate, printed on parchment paper will look great mounted next to your pride and joy.

We will also authenticate your item to 3 star level (our maximum level of authentication is 3 star). You must post your item to us to enable us to undertake a physical valuation.

All authentications and valuations are subjective and carried out in good faith. We will accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies or loss you may incur due to information or services supplied by us.

You will not receive a certificate or a refund if we believe the item to be fake - You must post us the item using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will return the item using the same service
